In a shocking security mishap, Josh Reed, that had mistakenly chosen up his girlfriend’s passport prior to jetting off on a lads football holiday, was allowed through airport security at London’s Stansted Airport.

The bearded nightclub bouncer, an imposing man at 6’3″, didn’t even realise his mistake until his Ryanair flight had landed in Dortmund, Germany.

Following the shocking security mix-up, Ryanair insists that 'appropriate steps will be taken to prevent a recurrence'
