A British Airways plane bound for Heathrow was forced to make a diversion as a result of a broken toilet.
Flight 252 had set out from Nassau in the Bahamas to Heathrow once the pilot took the decision to land at St John’s Worldwide Airport in Canada.

A town councillor from Hertfordshire said the flight to Dubai was forced to return to London because of a foul odour emanating from an overflowing toilet.
Hertsmere councillor Abhishek Sachdev, that represents Potters Bar Parkfield, said the seven-hour flight was aborted because of the smell.
‘The pilot gained an announcement requesting senior cabin crew, and we knew something was a bit odd,’ said Sachdev.
